Self Respect

Self respect is vital to having a healthy life. I believe that many people have no respect for themselves today. Which is so important to grow and mole yourself into a successful emotionally stable being. Alot of problems in today's society start simply from people not having self respect, because if they did they wouldn't do the things that they do or consider themselves a lot of things that they do without having any knowledge of what they are calling each other without knowing the history or meaning of words.
In order to have a healthy mind, body, and soul you need to take the time out to give your body the respect that it needs and deserve. The body is a temple which needs time out to be exercised. Not just physically but intellectually which helps to put a person on the right path for self respect. I think if more indulge in respecting themselves then the world would be a happier place and would start respecting others.
